Section 59’s for Lightwood Road, Woodpark Lane, Belgrave Road and Upper Belgrave Road.

PCSO Daniel from Staffordshire police has been working with Michael from ASB team at stoke council to put section 59's up on Lightwood Road, Woodpark Lane, Belgrave Road and Upper Belgrave Road. This is due to the anti-social driving that occurred over the summer period and following several vehicles that have been given individual section 59s. As well as police doing operation in the Lightwood area and stopping several vehicles for driving anti-socially. 

 We have sectioned 59 these roads to reduce the anti-social driving and to make the roads safer for the community. 

Section 59: 

The signs warn motorists that a Section 59 notice is in force, pursuant to the Police Reform Act 2002. This gives police the authority to seize vehicles being driven in an anti-social manner in the area.
